What is the best engine oil for Nissan Primera?

I have a 2004 Nissan Primera with 35k miles at the moment. I'm thinking of doing an oil change. Is this too soon? Also what engine oil would be best suited for this car?|||A 2004 car is still a very young car so i would recommend using the manufacturers genuine oil which should be found in ur manual.
