How do you fix a 1991 Nissan Stanza retractable seat belt?

I just recently bought a 1991 Nissan Stanza and the driver side seat belt is broken. There is a wire hanging out from the track that the seat belt runs on and the buckle itself is stuck in place. When I open the door there is a noise that sounds like the seat belt trying to move on the track, but it doesn't move(Probably due to the wire). Is there any place that sells the parts still? Or anyone that would know how to fix it?|||Way back when there was recalls on movable shoulder belts. Now The technician unplugs the motor and locks the seat belt in the rear most posistion. Then cuts away the broken cable part. Obselete now but I bet some dealerships may still have some dusty seat belt recalls still sitting on there shelfs. When the track wears and cable is not retained, your car needs new motor and track assembly with new cable buckle too. The plastic trim above the door almost always crumbles so be careful pulling off parts. Always use the seat belts both of them. So get it fixed either way. Good Luck
