How to change an altinator in a nissan quest?

I have a 2004 Nissan quest that needs a new altinator, can anyone help my hubby change it?|||The following applies to pretty much any vehicle:

FIRST disconnect the battery!

1. Locate the belt tensioner. This is a pulley that is not attached to anything; it's on a spring and it keeps the belt tight. There will be a spot to place a tool (like a ratchet extension) and pull the tensioner in so that you can slip the belt off.

2. Note the locations of the wires attached to the alternator. Maybe mark them with tape.

3. Remove the two bolts holding the alternator to the bracket and pull the old one. Install the new one and take the old one to the store to get your CORE refund.

IDK where it is exactly, but don't be surprised if you have to move something else to get to it or to get it out. Just remember how everything goes.
